We operate as a cleaning service provider primarily serving Nassau and Suffolk Counties, New York.

- Job applications: name, phone, role of interest, availability, and any other information you choose to share.
- Communications: text messages, emails, and call notes when you contact us.

- Cookies and similar technologies: we use minimal cookies for essential site functionality. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers.

You may also opt in by texting us directly. Consent to receive marketing or promotional texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

- Service messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and dispatch updates, follow-ups, billing and payment notifications, and replies to your questions.
- Marketing messages (only if you opt in): occasional offers, seasonal reminders, and updates.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out and help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us; we will send a confirmation and then stop sending texts (other than to confirm your opt-out). Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
4. Who We Share Information With
We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business, and only what they need to do their job:
- CRM and lead management (currently HighLevel) — to track quote requests and customer communications.
- Email and calendar (Google Workspace) — to send and receive customer email and manage scheduling.
- Phone and SMS provider (Twilio or successor) — to deliver appointment reminders and text-based communications.
- Field service software (Jobber or equivalent) — to schedule, dispatch, and invoice cleanings.
- Payment processor (Stripe) — to collect payments securely.
- Accounting (QuickBooks) — for bookkeeping and tax preparation.
We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Text-messaging consent and opt-in information is excluded from all sharing described above and is never shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose other than delivering the messages you have agreed to receive.
5. Your Choices and Rights
- Access and update: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or update it.
- Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements (for example, completed-job invoices we must retain for tax purposes).
- Communication preferences: Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Service-related messages (appointment confirmations, etc.) may continue while you are an active customer.
- Do Not Track: Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals because no industry standard for them exists yet.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. This includes encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website, access controls on internal systems, and screening of team members. For New York residents: we maintain reasonable safeguards consistent with the New York SHIELD Act.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Quote requests not converted to customers are typically retained for up to 24 months. Customer records are retained for the duration of the relationship plus the period required by tax and accounting rules (generally 7 years).
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites (for example, our Google Business Profile or social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top. For material changes, we may also notify active customers by email.
