No. Most clients give us access via key or code. One thing to know: if we can't access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, a $50 lockout fee applies.
High-quality, eco-friendly products that are safe for your family and pets. If you'd prefer specific products, just tell us. We're flexible.
Yes. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or a custom rhythm. Recurring clients get a discounted per-visit rate and the same team each time. The discounted rate is based on a minimum of two completed cleanings. If you cancel before then, we reprice the completed cleaning at the standard one-time rate.
Tell us within 24 hours of service completion. We'll make reasonable efforts to resolve it, including corrective service where appropriate. Full details in our Satisfaction Guarantee.
Text, call, or email your account rep. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or failure-to-provide-access situations incur a $50 fee.
